    Alyssa King is entering her first season with One Wisconsin.

    King served as the head coach at Rock Valley College from 2014-2017. King was the youth program director for VC United Volleyball Club. She also coached club volleyball with Club Fusion, the largest and number one recruited volleyball club in the country.

    King was an assistant coach for the Keith Country Day high school team that won the 1A state title in 2013 and served as head coach for the Keith Country Day middle school team that went undefeated in 2013. Prior to that, she also coached at DeKalb High School in 2012.

    As a player, King started her college playing career at Middle Tennessee State University where, as a freshman in 2007, her team advanced to the Sweet 16 for NCAA Division I. She transferred to the University of Pittsburgh for her junior season in 2009 and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2011. While finishing her degree at the University of Pittsburgh, she also coached club volleyball for the Pittsburgh Magic in 2011.

    King is originally from Rochelle, Illinois.

    Thomas brings an extensive coaching background with him after nearly 20 years at the collegiate, club, and high school levels. Most recently, Thomas spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach and strength & conditioning coach at NCAA Division III Edgewood College in Madison, during which he helped the Eagles to a 37-29 overall record and a 16-6 mark in the Northern Athletics College Conference.

    Prior to Edgewood, Thomas was involved in club volleyball for four years, the last two with Madison Elite Volleyball Club as a club coach and strength & conditioning assistant, and Desert Elite Volleyball Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an assistant director and a coach. In both programs, he worked primarily with athletes in the 18-and-under group.

    Thomas began his coaching at the high school level in Madison as the head boys varsity coach at his alma mater, La Follette High School, from 2009 to 2012.

    During his time on the bench, he graduated 14 all-conference players. During the same time period, Thomas was the president and owner of Project Athlete and a manager at Anytime Fitness.
